Return Policy

Return/Exchange Policy

1. Return Period:

  • For in-store purchases, you have 14 days from the date of purchase to return or exchange eligible items.
  • For online orders, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to return or exchange eligible items.  Refunds are provided in the form of an Icon e-gift card, which excludes original shipping costs.

2. Eligibility for Returns/Exchanges:

  • To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be in its original condition, unused, and with all original tags and packaging.
  • If returned items are deemed to be worn, used, or without original packaging and hangtags,  the customer will have two options:
    • Pay for the cost of return shipping to have the items sent back to them.
    • Allow us to dispose of the items on their behalf.

3. Items That Cannot Be Returned or Exchanged:

  • Sale/Clearance items.
  • Any product with a launch date (limited releases).
  • Boxers and underwear.
  • Hats
  • Socks

4. Shipping Costs:

  • Shipping charges are not refundable, and they will be deducted from the total amount of your refund or store credit.

5. Return Process:

  • To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:
    • Contact our customer service team at info@iconboardshop.com to request a return authorization.

    • Package the item securely, ideally in the original box or in packaging that is comparable in size and provides adequate protection for the item.

    • Include a copy of your receipt or proof of purchase inside the package.

    • Ship the package to the following address:

    • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund or issue store credit within 1 to 3 business days.

6. Return Shipping:

  • You are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

7. Damaged or Defective Items:

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 3 days of receiving the product. We will provide instructions on how to return or exchange the item at no additional cost to you.
