Customer Service


Icon Boardshop accepts payments from Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, PayPal and Apple Pay. All orders placed will be processed Monday-Friday during normal business hours. Most orders will be shipped the following day. All weekend orders will be shipped the following Monday. 


Icon Boardshop offers delivery and in-store pick up options. Orders over $100 will ship free within the Continental United States. (*Excludes Skateboard decks and special releases). We ship daily via U.S. Postal Service and UPS Delivery. Customers will receive an email confirmation after the order has been placed and again when the package has been shipped with tracking information. Please contact us if you have not received any confirmation emails.

All packages will be shipped directly from our store in Oxnard, California 93033.

Customers who select the In-store pick up option must pick up items in person at our Oxnard store location during our business hours. You will be contacted via phone or email when the order is ready for pick up. Order number and valid I.D. are required for pick up.

If you need to request a order cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible. Once orders enter our shipping process, it will not be eligible for cancellation.


We appreciate your business. We want you to be happy with your purchase and experience with us. We will accommodate returns and exchanges if all criteria outlined below are met:

1. Due to limited availability of the merchandise we offer, we CANNOT issue refunds for online sales of special releases and discounted/sale items. All return and exchanges will be authorized at the discretion of Icon Boardshop.

2. Return policy are subject to change without warning at the discretion of Icon Boardshop. Please check our return and exchange policy when placing an order.

3. Shipping fees are NON REFUNDABLE. Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. Icon Boardshop is NOT responsible for any lost, incorrectly addressed or damaged return packages. We highly recommend using a shipping service with tracking information when returning a package.

4. All items MUST be returned as it was received. It must include all original packaging with all tags still attached, including any extra product included in the package (extra laces, packaging paper, stuffing paper). Refunds will not be issued for damaged, worn or used items. ALL items must be in unused and unworn conditions.

5. All sale and skate hardgood purchases are final sale. Any discounted items or skateboard hardgoods (decks, trucks, grip tape, wheels, completes, etc.) are not eligible for returns. 

6. All returns must include your original packing list/receipt and must be received by Icon Boardshop within 30 days of invoice date.

7. Returns of incorrect merchandise will be eligible for refund. We will gladly exchange the item for the correct product, provide store credit, or issue a refund.

We do not provide international shipping at this time.
